I really enjoyed your blog. You blogged like a professional. I have some time on you I am 61 and raising a 10 year old granson, married and working 5 hours a day, and church leader. I too want to learn how to live heathier for me and my family. I also love to teach others how to live heathier.
The above picture is my logo, I like to grow vegetables and teach others how it can help them stay healthy and help their body to heal itself.
