Welcome everyone to my blog.  In my blog we will talk about health and wellness on how it affects the mind, body spirit and nature. How important it is to balance the body to help it stay healthy.

My experience with the journey was wonderful and surprising.  I went to sleep I was so relaxed! I felt the blood moving through my arms and hands and even down my thighs, legs and feet.  My hands and arms did become heavy and warm, that is unusual for me because my hands are always cold.  My stomach became like a freeway where everything intersets and moves out from there.  My head became heavy and my breathing became very deep and slow.  I was surprised at how just saying relax worked and put me to sleep while listening to the exercise.  My muscles are usually tense and I don'th know it until I tell myself to relax.  My neck muscles seem to be tight all the time from typing at work and then come home to type my schoolwork.   I hope everyone got a chance to really relax and enjoy the journey.
